On Tuesday 16th of April 2024, UCLH Microbiology testing carried out at the Halo, will transition to a new LIMS, Helix.
While this is a change to the laboratory system, the system will be issuing preliminary reports, so that intermediate results can be viewed for clinical purposes. This change may increase the number of reports that are received.
All results will be returned to the practice via the Health Services Laboratory keystone link. This has been thoroughly tested and will be spot checked post-live; however, please check carefully that your microbiology results continue to come through after the transfer date and report any discrepancies immediately.
If there are any issues, concerns or questions during this go-live period, please do not hesitate to contact uclh.
