We are now administering new COVID-19 treatments for patients at highest risk in the community.
Neutralising monoclonal antibodies (nMABs) or antiviral treatments are being given to patients at a dedicated clinic at University College Hospital. This clinic is known as the nMAB CMDU (COVID Medicines Delivery Unit).
The service can prescribe oral antivirals to be taken at home, and give intravenous antibody treatments at the hospital.
Patients who meet the strict eligibility criteria are being contacted proactively, but if you have a patient you think might be eligible, please read these guidelines before making a referral.
