The Birth Reflections Clinic is open to anyone who has given birth at UCLH. It does not matter if your birth was recent or several months ago; we are here to support you whenever you are ready to talk.

Your emotional well-being is just as important as your physical health. The Birth Reflections Clinic is here to provide you with the support and understanding you need as you navigate your journey into parenthood. 
 

During your appointment at the Birth Reflections Clinic, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Share your birth story in a safe and non-judgmental space
  • Provide feedback about your experience at UCLH
  • Discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your birth experience
  • Explore your emotions and feelings surrounding your birth
  • Gain a better understanding of the events that occurred during your pregnancy, labour and birth or postnatal period
  • Receive information and resources to help you cope with any challenges you may be facing
