Await confirmation:
- You will receive an email reply or phone call from our team to arrange your appointment. This will include a link to an online questionnaire.

Complete the online questionnaire:
- Provide information about your illness and travel history.
- This can be done on your mobile device or computer.
- Completing it before your visit will reduce your time at the clinic.

Appointment timing:
- Appointments are scheduled based on clinical urgency.
- We aim to see all patients the same day or the following day.

Contact hours:
- The email address and phone number are monitored during opening hours (Monday – Friday, 9am - 4 pm).
- For medical attention outside these hours, visit your local Emergency Department.
