We provide a range of services for children and young people up to 18 years of age.

Clinics take place within the children and young people's outpatients department. Family groups can be seen within our family clinic. Remote consultations can be provided.

Services are supported by a clinical nurse specialist and a dedicated administrator.

We provide paediatric input to the North Central London South Hub Tuberculosis service MDT, the Respond MDT and Hospital for Tropical Diseases MDTs.

Please note that we do not provide an emergency or walk in service. For emergencies, including suspected malaria or fever on return from tropical countries, you should attend your local emergency department, who may liaise with our team if necessary.

For healthcare professionals only: urgent out of hours telephone advice regarding tropical issues may be sought by contacting the Tropical Registrar through UCLH switchboard (0203 456 7890).

We work closely with Respond, which offers services for children seeking asylum and refugees and their families and is provided by both children and young people’s services and the Hospital for Tropical Diseases.

Children with suspected tuberculosis should be referred to the North Central London South Hub Tuberculosis service based at the Whittington Hospital.
