We are running a virtual session for all 18 - 19 year olds who are under the UCLH diabetes service and due to move to adult services this year, on Tuesday 14 January 2025, 6 - 7pm on Microsoft Teams.
This session offers an opportunity to learn about the differences between adolescent and young adult diabetes services and to hear experiences of young people who have already moved services.
All those eligible to join should have received a letter with the link to the meeting. Please join using the link or QR code in the letter (not the video appointment in MyCare).
