Professional background
Following his training in anaesthesia in Cambridge, his initial work as consultant was work overseas as lead anasthetist at The Maternity Hospital, Taif, KSA.
Following other posts he returned to the UK and practised a broad range of anaesthesia at hospitals in Huntingdon and Bury St Edmunds. Since 1993, based at The Royal National ENT & Eastman Dental Hospitals he has specialised in anaesthesia for ENT and head and neck surgery.
Following an initial invitation from Mr Charles Croft he has worked alongside the ENT surgeons in the sleep apnoea and snoring clinic for many years.

He has developed an interest in the treatment of moderate degrees of obstructive sleep apnoea with mandibular advancement splints and coworks with The London Dental Hospital.
