You can  make a secure payment using our online portal. It is a convenient way to make a payment for a range of services and is available 24/7.

When making a payment you will be directed a secure website hosted by The Access Group, a leading provider of business software. Payments can be made against an invoice raised by UCLH or for a range of other services which are set out when you access the portal.

You will not be charged additional fees for using this service and all payments will be taken in GBP.

To  ensure that your payment details are protected to prevent credit/debit card fraud all payments are secured and encrypted using the latest technology.

Payments using any of the following cards are accepted. We do not accept payment by American Express.

All online card payments are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), as recommended by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, and are directly processed using The Access Group’s  “PaySuite” services.

PaySuite's online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously security assessed, and PaySuite is certified as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor, as required by Visa and MasterCard.
